Gone From Our Sight, But Never From Our Hearts
Allan Preece
It is with great sorrow and a very heavy heart that I inform the Society of the passing of one of our most valued and esteemed members.
Allan Preece, our treasurer, museum docent, and active volunteer for over 21 years, unfortunately, lost his hard fought battle against cancer this past Sunday, January 10th, 2021. His daughter, Cari Boyd, and family were by his side.
Services and other arrangements will be forthcoming and I will keep all Society members informed as they are made known.
A memorial for Allan will be published in a later edition of our newsletter.

Our Mission

Your YPRHS continues to meet the
goals and mission through the
generous donation of money, time and
services. AS the year draws to a close
and the New Year is on the horizon,
folks often call or come by with
old trains that they have found in a closet. We gladly accept them, provide a letter of
acceptance for the donor determined
value. We also fix trains at our
Holiday show. Cash donations
are most welcome.
